“There weren’t any glass repair shops in North Pole. I figured if a business in town could treat people that poorly and stay in business, then imagine what I could do here if I treated people right.” Tennant laughs when he recounts the story of how he and Tamera learned how to repair windshields. “We made a $500 investment into a rock-chip kit and got some windshields out of a dumpster in town,” Tennant said. “We practiced on our kitchen table until we got it right.” The couple opened North Pole Windshield Repair and started out only repairing chips.
